- Dovetail type of Y axis guide linear has high positioning accuracy and good stability.
- Static-pressure air-floating guide linears which composed of self-cleaning preloaded high-precision air bearings.
- Renishaw reflective metal strip grating metering system to ensure great repeatability. linear scale resolution is 0.5um
- High-performance DC servo motor and toothed belt drive to ensure faster and more accurate transmission.
- Renishaw UCC CMM controller:
- It provides precise control of the motion of the machine, interfacing to all Renishaw sensors, and communications with the metrology software.
- It provides advanced touch-trigger and scanning algorithms, which allow fast, accurate, adaptive part measurement. And it minimises the dynamic errors of CMM motion at ultra-high scanning speeds.
- It provides multiple control modes for greater safety and reliability. When the problem that caused the shutdown occurs, the system will switch to the corresponding mode immediately to stop the machine and have online fault diagnosis.
- It can implement the TP SCAN function. Tracking and scanning measurements of unknown curves and surfaces, and surface measurements during reverse engineering can be performed as well.
- A multi-functional hand controller unit (joystick) can provide complete CMM control.
- Renishaw PH20 5-axis touch-trigger system to perform GD&T Measurements: Renishaw PH20 Probe Head, TP20 probe module, Red Styli and Stylus, TCR20 Probe module changing rack.
