The Automatic Durometer – Automatic Shore / IRHD Hardness Tester with Motorized Sample Holder series of hardness testers enables automatic tests to be conducted at various points on the specimen, making them the ideal solution to ensure dependable test results for both research laboratories and production control.
The instrument can be provided with an Accredited calibration certificate issued by the Accredited Laboratory of Instruments. The calibration is performed in accordance with the Technical Procedure approved by the Accredited and adheres to the requirements of the ISO 48-2 (IRHD), ISO 48-4 (Shore A), and ISO 868 (Shore D) standards.

The centering device enables efficient hardness testing of O-rings with rope sizes ranging from 1 to 11 mm and internal diameters up to 200 mm.
To perform the test, place the O-ring on the extension plate, positioned between two adjustment micro-cylinders.
Using the adjustment wheel, you can set the distance between the cylinders according to the O-ring's rope size.
A fixing clip ensures the proper positioning of curved pieces.
The device attaches to the instrument's standard plate through magnetic fixing, allowing for quick installation and removal.
The device allows for automatic multiple tests on O-rings or round parts with external diameters between 4.5 and 75 mm. It consists of a diaphragm to secure the external diameter of the O-ring and a gauge-meter for adjusting the diaphragm's center position.

When testing several O-rings with the same dimensions, you can replace the O-ring on the device without requiring further adjustments.
The centering system allows for measuring Micro-IRHD hardness on the outer surface of rubber tubes with a maximum external diameter of 50 mm (other dimensions available upon request). The device eliminates the need for sample preparation to keep it flat.
To conduct a test, simply place a piece of the hose on the device and press the start button.
The motorized ascent and descent movement of the specimen enables the test to be conducted automatically.
The extension of the sample holder allows for testing big-size samples with a 300 mm diameter. The support, made of Aluminum, can be added to the standard sample holder, increasing the bearing surface to accommodate larger samples.

All mechanical parts are produced in the company workshop using state-of-the-art CNC machines. Components and sensors from reputable brands are carefully chosen to ensure maximum measurement reliability.
Internal, trained personnel handle all production stages, including assembly, start-up, calibration, packing, shipment, and installation.
