Automatic Sorting System – QSS-D07

This automatic sorting machine was specifically designed for the sorting screws. It can be also adapted for the sorting of rivets and other materials that can be placed neatly on the slotted rotating plate. Three CCD’s take accurate and precise measurements and compare them against the program’s preset pass/fail parameters. Once the measurements are taken and compared, the software makes the decision to accept or reject the object in question. An eye-level computer screen allows for quick adjustments and visual inspection. The control panel is conveniently placed underneath the monitor. The automatic sorting system was designed and built to fit neatly into different work spaces. It is also very maneuverable because of the built-in wheels. The automatic sorting machines also come with optional equipment that can be integrated as a part of the in-line production.
