This 0.45 MPa highly accelerated stress test chamber is used for reliability testing of products under very severe temperature, humidity and pressure conditions. Different from other HAST chambers manufacturers, The controller for 0.45 MPa highly accelerated stress test chamber which install on the front of machine’s door. This design is more humanized. If the HAST chamber breaks down during operation, the door of the test room will open suddenly due to excessive internal pressure. Because if the door of the test room were to open suddenly, the 0.45 MPa air pressure and +162°C hot temperature of air inside the test room would probably burn the facial skin of the engineer standing next to the HAST test chamber.
If the controller is installed in the control panel area on the right side of the machine, It is actually a very big security hazard. However, we can install the controller on the front of door, So that the staff who is programming or checking the controller test data, this will away from danger, to ensure their safety of life. Compared with other Chinese HAST chambers design for control system, It seems more reasonable to install the controller on the front of door.
HAST Chamber, Accelerated testing is an approach for obtaining more information from a given test time than would normally be possible. It does this by using a test environment that is more severe than that experienced during normal equipment use. Highly Accelerated Stress Testing (HAST) is one method of accelerated testing.
Highly Accelerated Stress Testing (HAST) was developed by Nihal Sinnadurai while working as a Research Engineer at British Telecommunications Research Laboratories in 1968 in order to perform highly accelerated reliability testing of electronics components that are likely to encounter humid environments during normal (ambient) operation. The test is sometimes referred to as the Pressure Cooker Test (PCT).
HAST chamber has gained in popularity as it can deliver results in typically 100 test hours. Temperature Humidity Bias (THB) is a similar humidity and temperature testing process. THB is used to accelerate corrosion activities in metal and typically requires a test time of 1000 hours.
Within the discipline of Reliability, HAST Chambers can be used to reduce the time required to complete humidity and temperature testing of semiconductor and other electronic devices. Critical Assumption – The same failure mechanisms will be
present at the higher stress levels and will act in the same manner as at normal stress levels.
If you want to add water to the machine, all you have to do is open the front drawer and unscrew the lid of the water tank. The water tank has a capacity of 10 liters. If it's just a normal test, the tank's water can be used continuously for about 1 to 2 weeks, It depends on the humidity control and requirements for your test.

Equipment Features
The test room of the HAST chamber is equipped with 2 different styles of racks: Two layers structure of 304 stainless steel shelf and gray support with anti-conductive and insulating, properties, Because customer's products need to be tested in an insulated state.
There are 28 pieces signal terminals inside of the hast test chamber. Taking into account the actual needs of different customers for the electrical conductivity test of the test object, On the right side of the test area, you can also add another 14 pieces signal terminals.
The position of the control panel has USB interface, Ethernet interface, RS232, RS485 interface. Ensure that the machine can successfully connect with the computer. Through the data cable, upload the actual testing data to the engineer's computer, Improve work efficiency.
42 pieces signal terminals ports on control panel of HAST test chamber. In other words, the machine can support the successful connection of up to 42 signal terminals, Provide maximum convenience for test engineer's conductivity test.
The machine is equipped with a 10 liters pure water storage container. After testing, fill 10 liters of pure water at a time, Hast chamber can be operated continuously for 2 to 4 weeks, This depends on the real requirements for humidity during the test.
The 0.45 MPa pressure highly accelerated stress test chamber is equipped with a 7-inches large color touch screen design. The touch screen supports Ethernet communication port, RS 232 interface & USB data export function.
