Walk-in Chambers (QWIC-Series) offered by Qualitest are available in 6 standard sizes, and can be customizable for any special requirements. The prefabricated finished box panel of our Walk-in chamber line is suitable for any size formulation, easy to assemble and install and we use 4" (100mm) thick polyurethane foam board. The plates of our Walk-in chambers are tightly locked to each other to form a sealed test chamber. Stainless steel, aluminum or embossed construction is available to suit different requirements. The performance values are based on IEC60068-3-6:2001(EBE,EBL,EBR),IEC 60068-3-5:2001(EBF,EBU,EBUU)
Using PID + PWM VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) principle technology for refrigerant flow control, we achieve energy-efficient operation at low temperatures (utilizing electronic expansion valves based on thermal energy conditions for refrigerant flow servo control technology). In this low-temperature working state, the heater remains inactive. Instead, we use PID + PWM to regulate the refrigerant's flow rate and direction, along with controlling the three-way flow of the refrigerant pipe, cold bypass pipe, and hot bypass pipe. This comprehensive control system ensures automatic temperature regulation within the working chamber.
This approach delivers significant energy savings of up to 30% when operating at low temperatures. Our technology is built upon the renowned Danish Danfoss' ETS series electronic expansion valves, which allow for smooth adjustment of cooling capacity to meet various requirements.
